During a recent inspection, it was noted that snow from this location was being pushed onto or across the public roadway or roadway right-of-way.  Burleigh County Highway Department asks that you discontinue this practice of pushing or dumping snow along the roadway or roadway easement or further enforcement measures may be taken, including the County or Township billing you for removing the snow piles left in the roadway right-of-way.
